Challenge
Design a multilingual QR ordering experience that works across many branches while staying manageable for admins and practical for customers.
Solution
Create a branch-aware platform with role-based dashboards, table QR flows, product availability control, customer requests, and responsive public menu views.

Multi Fruity Accounting Platform

A multi-branch financial tracking system for a retail business in Iraq. Branch managers log profits in both IQD and USD, and executives get live KPIs, approval workflows, and styled Excel reports. Built with Laravel, MySQL, Tailwind CSS, and Alpine.js, deployed on Railway.

Challenge
Multi Fruity is a centralized accounting and governance platform built for a multi-branch retail business in Iraq. Each branch manager submits periodic financial entries scoped to their own branch, while administrators and the owner oversee every branch from one dashboard.
Solution
The system records Iraqi Dinar and US Dollar amounts as independent ledger values rather than converted figures, which keeps transaction history exact regardless of exchange-rate changes. Entries move through a Draft → Submitted → Verified pipeline, and a live "Under-Limit" KPI flags branches whose latest results fall below configurable profit thresholds in either currency. Admins can export audit-ready .xlsx reports with clean formatting, color-coded columns, and properly rendered dates.
Result
A live, production-deployed accounting platform on Railway that gives the owner and administrators one dashboard for every branch's finances in IQD and USD.

Technical responsibilities

  • Built the platform with Laravel, PHP 8.4, MySQL, Blade, Tailwind CSS, and Alpine.js.
  • Solved headless build failures on Railway caused by missing PHP extensions for spreadsheet generation.
  • Replaced a static KPI counter with real-time evaluation of each branch's latest entry.

Design responsibilities

  • Designed audit-ready Excel reports with clean formatting, color-coded columns, and properly rendered dates using PhpSpreadsheet.
  • Built English and Kurdish language support for the interface.

Security and performance work

  • Role-based access for Owner, Super Admin, and Branch Manager, with entries scoped to each manager's own branch.
  • Draft → Submitted → Verified approval pipeline before financial entries are final.
  • Simplified credential management by removing an unneeded email-based password reset flow.

Fit-Gym – Gym Management System

Full-Stack Web Application · Management System · Member Portal

A full management system for a gym in Erbil, with member accounts, digital workout programs, subscriptions and payments, and a read-only dashboard for the owner. Built with Laravel, Livewire and Tailwind.

Major features

  • Member portal: members log in to follow their workout program, tick off exercises, and track their measurements and attendance
  • Digital workout programs: trainers build day-by-day plans from a library of exercises or add their own moves
  • Trainers assign workout programs to members
  • Front desk: member registration, memberships, personal training packages, class enrolments, cash payments, and check-in by name or phone search
  • Staff and salaries: supervisors manage staff pay. Salary data never reaches trainers or members
  • Owner dashboard: read-only analytics, locked at two levels (access rules plus middleware that blocks every write action)

Challenge
Fit-Gym is a web system I'm building for a gym in Erbil to replace paper records and paper workout sheets. It handles the daily work at the front desk, replaces paper workout sheets with digital programs, and gives members their own portal.
Solution
Reception staff register members, sell subscriptions, take payments and check people in. Trainers build workout programs and assign them to members. Members log in to see their program, tick off exercises as they finish them, and track their measurements and attendance. The owner gets a read-only dashboard with the gym's numbers. There's also a public website that collects leads.
Result
The system has four roles with strict permissions, supports separate men's and women's sections, and runs on a design system of about 40 reusable components with dark mode.

Technical responsibilities

  • Built with Laravel 13, PHP 8.4, MySQL, Livewire, Alpine.js, and Tailwind CSS v4.
  • Designed the data layer with 19 migrations and 17 models.
  • Wrote a demo seeder that fills in 6 months of realistic gym activity.
  • Added automated tests with Pest.

  • Created a custom design system of about 40 Blade components.
  • Used real Heroicons, dark mode with no theme flash, and mobile-first layouts.
  • Supported separate men's and women's sections across members, plans, trainers and classes.
